Terms and Conditions
By participating in BT TRADE FAIR as an exhibitor or sponsor, , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- General Conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event, whether physically or virtually.
Harassment, discrimination, physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
Attendees or vendors who breach this code may be removed from the event and blacklisted from future editions.
- Stall/ Booth Booking and Payment
Booths are allocated on a first-pay, first-serve basis.
Payments are refundable within five days of registration.
Vendors must comply with the setup and teardown schedules provided.
- Virtual Booth Participation
Virtual vendors are expected to submit accurate product details, images, and contact links.
Misrepresentation of brand identity, false advertising, or use of copyrighted content without permission will result in delisting.
- Social Media and Public Image
We prioritize a safe and empowering business environment. Therefore:
❌ Character Assassination & Blackmail
Any act of character assassination, defamation, or blackmail (against the organizers, vendors, or attendees) before, during, or after the event is strictly prohibited.
This includes public insults, threats, emotional extortion, or false accusations made to damage reputation.
Such acts are considered criminal behavior and may result in
Immediate disqualification or expulsion from the fair
Permanent ban from future editions
Legal action and public reporting
❌ Wrongful Use of Social Media
Posting false, misleading, or malicious content about BT TRADE FAIR, its organizers, or participants with the intent to cause harm is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
Spreading unverified claims
Public shaming
Inciting boycotts through misinformation
Participants agree not to weaponize social media as a tool for blackmail or defamation. Disputes should be handled via formal communication channels.
- Liability Disclaimer
BT TRADE FAIR and its team are not liable for:
Loss or theft of property
Business outcomes (e.g., sales or lack thereof)
Internet or platform failures in the virtual exhibition
Vendors are responsible for their booth setup, product safety, and communication with customers.
- Dispute Resolution
All complaints or misunderstandings should be reported formally to the organizing team. We are committed to addressing issues in a fair and confidential manner.
- Photo and Video Rights
By participating, you grant BT TRADE FAIR the right to use photos or videos of your booth or brand for event marketing, except where clearly stated otherwise in writing.
- Amendment of Terms
These terms may be updated at any time before the event. All participants will be notified of changes via official communication channels.
